These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the True Energy Yoga website and courses. By using this site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
"We", "us" and "our" refer to True Energy Yoga. "You" refers to the person using the site or purchasing a course. "Course" means any online programme we make available, including SpineBio.
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
When you purchase a course you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content. You must keep your access credentials secure and must not share, resell or redistribute course materials.
Prices are shown on the relevant course page and may change. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. All sales are final.
All course content, text, video, graphics and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
Our courses provide general educational information and are not medical advice. Please read our Medical Disclaimer before following any exercise or programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or courses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
